Grab your lunch and a bingo card (we’ll provide both) and join us for a fast-paced, highly curated book discovery session featuring 25 concise, 30-second book spotlights shared by independent publishers and select author-publishers.

Titles will span adult fiction, adult nonfiction, children’s, and middle grade/teen, offering librarians and publishing professionals an efficient way to surface new-to-you, collection-ready titles across categories.

Titles will be selected to reflect a balance of publishing models and subject areas, highlighting both emerging voices and established independent presses with strong library relevance.

We’ll play one round of Book Bingo during lunch, with five winners receiving book bundles drawn from the featured titles.

The result is a lively but purposeful session—designed to balance professional discovery, editorial range, and a bit of play—all while respecting our limited conference time.

How It Will Work
• Publishers and author-publishers registered for LIS may submit titles for consideration via this online form.
• Submissions will include:
o A cover image
o A written 30-second pitch (approximately 75 words), focused on audience, positioning, and library relevance
o Agreement to provide one physical copy of the title if selected (to be used as a prize), brought with you to the conference.
